Carnival Kaleidoscope


The Traditional Music Society takes students on a journey to the biggest musical parade in the world: Carnival! An annual celebration held in Rio de Janeiro, Carnival is a tradition in Brazil that coincides with Mardi Gras.


Through rhythms and songs, students learn the sounds and timbres created by instruments used in the beautiful pageantry of the Brazilian Carnival.

Fees: $568 for 1 performance; $864 for 2 or more performances on the same day / The break between performances must not exceed 90 minutes to receive the reduced rate.
