Blast Off with the Arts: Fueling a Healthy Life

Students learn the building blocks of a healthy lifestyle through song, dance, or visual arts in this fun and engaging workshop. Healthy eating, activity, and limited screen time are emphasized through exercises that spark kids' imaginations. Available as a single workshop or as a multi-workshop residency.

Grade Levels: K,1,2

Fees: $110 for 1 workshop; $95 each for 2 or more workshops on the same day / The break between workshops must not exceed 90 minutes to receive the reduced rate.

Maximum Audience Size: 30

Availability: Year-round

Program Length: 50 minutes

Location: At Your School

Requirements: Open space with enough room for students to sit in a circle. Certain sessions may need to be in the art room. Teachers must be present at all times during workshops.
